Job Summary:

Smart Ed recruiting an IIT-JEE Mathematics Faculty

A faculty member for Foundation and Advanced Courses, will play a crucial

role in shaping the mathematical foundation and advanced problem-solving

skills of students preparing for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will

possess expertise in IIT-JEE mathematics concepts, effective teaching

methodologies, and a passion for guiding students toward excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Develop a comprehensive curriculum for IIT-JEE Mathematics

Advanced (11 th &12 th ) courses, ensuring alignment

with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.

? Create engaging teaching materials, including lecture notes,

assignments, and challenging problem sets.

? Deliver clear and concise lectures covering foundation and advanced

mathematics concepts relevant to the IIT-JEE exam.

? Utilize interactive teaching methods to encourage critical thinking and

application of mathematical principles.

? Conduct regular problem-solving sessions and practice exams to help

students apply theoretical knowledge to complex problems.

? Provide guidance on effective problem-solving strategies and time

management.

? Provide personalized assistance to students, addressing their specific

learning needs and challenges in mastering mathematics concepts.

? Monitor and assess student progress regularly, offering additional support

and guidance as needed.

? Stay abreast of the latest trends, changes, and updates in the IIT-JEE

mathematics syllabus and exam patterns.

? Adapt teaching methods and materials accordingly to ensure alignment

with exam requirements.

? Inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for mathematics and

excel in their IIT-JEE preparation.

? Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirement

? Master's/M.Phil/Ph.D. in Mathematics

? Previous experience in coaching students for IIT-JEE exams or similar

engineering entrance exams.

? In-depth knowledge of the IIT-JEE Mathematics syllabus and exam

structure.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proven success in coaching students for competitive exams, with a focus

on building a strong foundation in mathematics.

? Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational

technologies.

Experience: 5years

Job Location: Chennai

Job Type: Part time or hourly basis

No of Vacancies: 10

Work timings: 1 - 4 Hours

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800 - 1000per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Teaching JEE: 5 years (Required)/ Freshers can also apply with min 3+years experience
• Making lesson Plans: 5 years (Required)
