Job Title: IIT & NEET Physics Lecturer (Classes 11 & 12)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Lecturer to train students in Classes 11 and 12 for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Physics, proven expertise in preparing students for national-level exams, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to 11th and 12th-grade students , focusing on competitive exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, JIPMER, AIIMS, and EAMCET along with board exams.
• Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques, conceptual clarity, and application-based approaches to Physics.
• Develop and deliver a structured curriculum that balances competitive exam preparation with board exam requirements.
• Conduct regular mock tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Prepare students with effective time management and exam-taking strategies specific to Physics.
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus and trends for competitive exams and incorporate them into teaching methods.
• Mentor and motivate students to build confidence and consistently perform at their best.
• Collaborate with the academic team to design customized study materials and address the unique needs of each student.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech/M.Tech from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching 11th and 12th-grade students for JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, and other competitive exams.
• Strong knowledge of competitive exam syllabi and board exam requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of student success in competitive exams.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.

Salary Range: ?50,000 - ?70,000 per month
