Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Chemistry Lecturer to train 11th and 12th-grade students for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry, a proven track record of student success in competitive exams, and the ability to deliver interactive and impactful lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry to Classes 11 and 12 with a focus on competitive exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, JIPMER, AIIMS, and EAMCET , along with board syllabus coverage.
• Develop strategic approaches to help students master Chemistry concepts and solve application-based problems.
• Design and implement a curriculum tailored to the demands of competitive exams, ensuring alignment with board standards.
• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions to evaluate and enhance student performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and guidance to students to address weaknesses and improve their confidence.
• Stay updated on the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes, and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve excellence in Chemistry and succeed in competitive exams.
• Collaborate with the academic team to create customized learning resources and solve practice materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching 11th and 12th-grade students for JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, and other competitive exams.
• Strong command over Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry concepts.
• Proven ability to simplify complex topics and make them engaging for students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of successful student results in competitive exams.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Salary Range: ?50,000 - ?70,000 per month
