Job Title: IIT Mathematics Teacher (Classes 11 & 12)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IIT Mathematics Teacher to train students in Classes 11 and 12 for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience preparing students for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and other high-stakes exams. This role requires expert-level mathematical knowledge, strong teaching skills, and the ability to guide students in developing problem-solving strategies essential for competitive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to 11th and 12th-grade students , focusing on JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and EAMCET syllabi.
• Train students on effective problem-solving techniques, time management, and strategies tailored to competitive exams.
• Develop and implement a structured curriculum aligned with competitive exam requirements and school standards.
• Prepare students for board exams alongside competitive exam preparation, ensuring a balanced approach to both.
• Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and performance evaluations to track student progress.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to address individual learning needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in competitive exam patterns and incorporate them into lesson plans.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic and career goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: M.Sc. in Mathematics or B.Tech/M.Tech from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching 11th and 12th-grade students for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and other competitive exams.
• Comprehensive understanding of Mathematics concepts, competitive exam syllabi, and board exam requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to make complex topics easily understandable.
• Proven ability to develop strategic problem-solving methods and enhance student performance.

Salary Range: ?50,000 - ?70,000 per month
