Your Mission:

Craft and deliver dynamic, engaging, and comprehensive IIT-level Chemistry lessons tailored to the understanding of students in Classes VI-X.
Foster a stimulating and supportive learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, and scientific inquiry thrives.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies, incorporating practical experiments, demonstrations, and technology to enhance comprehension.
Assess student progress through varied methods, providing constructive feedback to nurture their understanding and growth.
Inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for chemistry and its relevance in the world around them.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
Contribute to the vibrant academic culture of Arka ELIIT School.
What You Bring to the Table:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience teaching Chemistry to middle and high school students, preferably with exposure to IIT-JEE foundational concepts.
A deep understanding of the Chemistry curriculum and effective pedagogical practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that can captivate young learners.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
The ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
