Branch Manager :- Sales + Branch Administration
Experience: 3 - 7Years xe2x80x99 experience
Responsibilities:
Sales Objectivesxefx82xb7 Drive identified initiatives in the branch to achieve the overall sales
objectives.
xefx82xb7 Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at branch level in
the areas of Market Development & Sales Operation
xefx82xb7 Identify the critical issues of the branch affecting sales & take remedial
action.
xefx82xb7 Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check
on monthly/weekly basis.
xefx82xb7 Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely
manner within that branch.
xefx82xb7 Enhance branch productivity
xefx82xb7 Validate feedback and data and report it to the Zonal Head.
xefx82xb7 Ensure timely recovery of the outstanding amount in the branch.
xefx82xb7 Ensure sales targets for the branch are met in terms of sales from existing
clients, returning clients and new clients.
xefx82xb7 Manage overall branch operations and client servicingPeople Managementxefx82xb7 Ensuring manpower management within the branch to ensure seamless
functioning of the branch operations including training and development of
the existing workforce.
xefx82xb7 Implement the performance and potential management system including
career planning & development of key employees in the branch
xefx82xb7 Identify poorly performing branch employees and take suitable remedial
actions
xefx82xb7 People developmentMarket Connectxefx82xb7 Engage with all the Customers in the branch to ensure continuous business
engagement
xefx82xb7 Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality,
pricing, competition activities, schemes, etc.
xefx82xb7 Highlight the support required from HO to the zonal head.Competencies & Qualities for an ideal candidate
