The foundation of IFS Technology team structure is meticulously crafted to drive business value and achieve engineering and delivery excellence. Our engineering teams operate at the functional level, tirelessly delivering new features and enhancements aligned with business priorities. The two agile-based engineering teams, Team 1 (Finance and Procurement) and Team 2 (Inventory and CMMS), consistently follow bi-weekly sprints to ensure timely and impactful results. Ideal Candidate Traits:

Experienced IFS Support Engineer with approx. 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in IFS10. The ideal candidate should have functional knowledge in at least one of the following modules: Finance, Maintenance and Supply Chain Management.


Technical skills in IFS itself:


• Migration Jobs
• Reports (Order and Quick Reports)
• Schedule database tasks
• Background Jobs
• Application Messages.
Desirable skills:


• SQL
• Power BI
• PBI service workspaces (reports, application, enterprise gateway)
• Power Automate
• Experience with service desk: Service Now, specifically in Report module.
• Comfortable to work in CET time zone.
• Good communication, and co-ordination skills with stakeholders.
