Job Summseek

We seek a highly skilled and motivated IELTS and Spoken English Faculty to teach and prepare students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam and improve their spoken English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Teach IELTS preparation classes, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Also, teach Spoken English classes to students of various levels.

2. Lesson Planning: Design and prepare lesson plans, materials, and assessments to ensure effective teaching and learning.

3. Student Assessment: Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to students.

4. Material Development: Develop and update teaching materials, including worksheets, exercises, and quizzes, to support student learning.

5. Student Support: Provide individual support to students, including counseling and guidance on IELTS preparation and spoken English improvement.

6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain student records, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:

7. Qualifications: Bechular or Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or a related field.

8. Certifications: IELTS certification (e.g., IELTS Instructor Training or equivalent).

9. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching IELTS and Spoken English to students of various levels.

10. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with students, colleagues, and management.

11. Classroom Management: Ability to manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

12. Experience with online teaching platforms

13. Knowledge of language learning software and technologies

14. Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
