Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

IELTS Trainer

to join our team at M. S. Education

Consultant

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training, helping students achieve their desired band scores, and continuously improving teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

IELTS (Academic & General) training

sessions for students. Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering

Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

modules. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance. Develop and implement

effective strategies, study materials, and mock tests

to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, scoring techniques, and teaching methodologies. Conduct one-on-one doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance. Track student progress and maintain records for performance evaluation. Assist in developing online/offline training programs and materials. Encourage students to enhance their English language skills and build confidence in communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in English, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in IELTS training (preferred)

The post holder will be involved in running the IELTS Centre, preparing the IELTS teaching program, lectures and exams and providing the correct guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching the students, must be highly motivated to develop the career of the students, and result orientated.
