Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front desk, handling walk-in guests, scheduling appointments with various departments, and ensuring the overall efficiency of office operations. Additionally, this role involves acting as a coordinator for the IELTS department, assisting in communication with students, and disseminating relevant information.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Act as a liaison between the IELTS department and students.
• Assist in contacting students and providing necessary information.
• Collaborate with the IELTS team to ensure efficient communication flow.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, inquiries, and office-related activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
