Job Description

An IELTS trainer's duties involve preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Here are the key responsibilities:

• Assessing Student Levels : Evaluating the English proficiency of students to determine their starting level and areas that need improvement.
• Lesson Planning : Designing and implementing lesson plans tailored to the needs of students, covering all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Teaching Strategies : Providing effective test-taking strategies and tips to help students maximize their scores, including time management and understanding the exam format.
• Practice Tests : Administering practice tests to simulate the actual exam environment and help students build confidence.
• Feedback and Improvement : Giving detailed feedback on student performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, and suggesting actionable steps to enhance their skills.
• Materials and Resources : Creating or sourcing appropriate study materials, such as practice exercises, past exam papers, and interactive activities.
• Monitoring Progress : Keeping track of students' progress over time and adjusting teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
• Motivating Students : Encouraging and motivating students to stay committed to their study plans and maintain a positive attitude towards learning.
• One-on-One Coaching : Offering personalized coaching sessions for students who need extra help in specific areas.
• Staying Updated : Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the IELTS exam format or content and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Administrative Tasks : Managing attendance records, scheduling classes, and maintaining student progress reports.
• Professional Development : Continuously improving own teaching skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
