You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About the roleThe IDM Coordinator will guide and support the planners in the factories and markets within the region to maintain best-in-class master data standards and co-create the master data related processes in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.Your responsibilities

• Own data quality monitoring, issue identification, and resolution activities for respective hubs, including master data completeness, data integrity, and transaction data hygiene services
• Coordinate with planners across workstreams and provide guidance and support on data maintenance, data change queries, and overall data quality improvement
• Responsible to plan and conduct review meetings with Markets and factories to highlight data issues, explain root cause, required action and drive DQ score improvement.
• Prepare weekly/Monthly DQ reports and highlight high-risk issues in the review meetings
• Ensure adherence to DQ standards, guidelines, and policies
• Responsible to monitor the alerts, issues related to data and work with various team in supply organisation in markets/factories to ensure data accuracy is maintained above 98%.
• Responsible to maintain and refresh the data quality dashboard
• Responsible for defining integrated data rule including acceptable data ranges/values.

The experience we're looking for

• Possess general business awareness especially on Supply Chain or demonstrates comparable business experience
• Any work experience on ERP (JDE or SAP) would be advantageous
• The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous
