Job Purpose:The role entails deepening corporate salary accounts with a focus on quality of accounts. The role bearer has a responsibility to identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities. The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to enable acquisition of corporate salary accounts by sales managers and sales officers.Roles & Responsibilities:Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickinessEnsure accurate and timely maintenance desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salaryPeriodically plan review of the under-performing customers and draw an action plan for improvementAssess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunitiesEnsure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class serviceDrive corporate engagement activities to acquire and engage corporate clientsGather latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banksEnsure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AMLEvaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customersRecommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch networkManage a team Relationship officers, taking responsibility of their development and attritionDemonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiativesManagerial & Leadership Responsibilities:Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structureMonitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvementsEnable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary supportEducational Qualifications:Graduate - AnyPost Graduate - Finance (MBA preferred)Experience:8+ years of relevant branch banking experience
