Role: Sailpoint IDNow Consultant
Primary skill: IDNow/Oracle Identity Manager ExpertiseGeographic Location: IndiaSailpoint IDN Engineer (Offshore)
\xc2\xb7Responsibilities:
o Addressing the end-user issues related to IGA issues within SLAs.
o Develop and implement best in class Identity Management solutions on the SailPoint IDN platform.
o Use out-of-the box capabilities and custom development to integrate SailPoint with various systems.
o Identify Provisioning failures in the environment and provide solutions.
o Development of workflows, rules, custom connectors, and task definitions
o Partner with internal teams to ensure support activities are aligned with the application designs.
o Establish Monitoring and Alerting for Key Controls, work with Audit teams to support Control walkthrough and evidence
o Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
o Develop and maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures, for implementation and ongoing operation/maintenance of solutions.
o Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
o Participates in production support on-call rotation, especially on the most complex issues.
o Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress.
o Perform User access certification activations and validations.
o Assist with creating and updating Segregation of Duties matrix for IT roles.
o Assist with implementation and integration of IT RBAC roles within SailPoint.
o Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications.
o Provide Bulk requests support to Users and application teams.
o Perform ad hoc data requests and build operational reports.
o Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents.
o Operational support with change and incident management processes
\xc2\xb7Qualifications:
o Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
o Min of 5 years of experience in SailPoint or another Identity, Governance, and Administration (IGA) tool in Configuration or integration, and deployment.
o Strong Experience and troubleshooting Identity & Access Governance tools including RBAC and Access certification.
o Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
o Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients\' infrastructure and applications.
o Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues
o Work with internal and external application support teams to extend the use of our identity governance solution via connectors with REST API, LDAP, database, or other out of the box connectors to support new application onboarding
o Experience in in Java, SQL is a Plus
o Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
o Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quick links using SailPoint
o Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications
o Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs
o Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
o Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment
o Experience with ticketing systems: ServiceDesk, Remedy, etc
o Understanding of SLAs and the importance of meeting SLAs
o Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
o Knowledge of Java/J2EE and S Ability to write SQL code.
