Develop IAM architecture strategies, standards, and guidelines aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
Design and implement IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
Evaluate and select IAM tools and technologies to support business needs and enhance security posture, including Saviynt architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems and applications.
Conduct risk assessments and define IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate security threats.
Lead IAM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and administrators.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.
Perform periodic audits and assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
Participate in incident response activities and contribute to security incident management efforts as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) as an IAM Architect or a similar role in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and MFA.
Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, including Saviynt, Azure AD, Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or similar.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, PKI, digital signatures, and secure coding practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications) are a plus.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare) and familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) is preferred.
