Your JobThe Identity Analyst will be a part of a global team that handles Identity Access Management for Koch Industries\' employees. They will report to the Identity Supervisor at KGSI (Koch Global Solutions India). In this role, you will collaborate with technology peers and business partners to plan and design solutions surrounding Identity Access Management (IAM). The Identity Analyst will be expected to identify and suggest trends and technologies in identity management that may create value for Koch Industries.Our TeamWe are looking for a contribution motivated employee who is eager to be innovative in their work, while supporting teammates in projects and tasks. This person must be highly organized and a self-starter who thrives in working in a team setting.What You Will Do

• Work on integrating various applications to SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring robust identity and access management across the organization.
• Onboard new enterprise resources and applications per our IAM standards, strengthening their adoption and enhancing their usability.
• Contribute to requirements gathering, technical design & test case preparation activities.
• Simplify and streamline user access provisioning and certification processes.
• Identify process gaps on an on-going basis to aid automation, self-help tools & bring in process efficiencies.
• Creating documentation that is easily consumed by a global audience by both customers and support organizations.
• Help evaluate compliance and risk of products and features.
• Responsible for Administration, support, training, and customer education for Identity services and Application/Access security

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer

Science / Information Technology

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Identity and Application security and administration.

• Understanding of IAM security concepts, program structure, and technical components.

• Experience using APIs via script, postman, or application to integrate various systems.

• Experience working with programming languages python or BeanShell/Java.

• Familiarity with IAM-related standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.

• Familiarity with continuous delivery model and agile development processes.

• Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.

• Willingness to learn new things and work across varying technology stacks.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient understanding of Employee lifecycle, AD, onboarding, transfer, and offboarding lifecycleWhat Will Put You Ahead

• Understanding of Organizational Change Management core concepts

• Experience with workflow automation.

• Identity Data flow investigation experience

• Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Single Sign-on technologies.

• Experience with AWS infrastructure or services.

• Experience consulting with customers to understand their outcomes and translating that to technical requirements.

• Experience with the following technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web, and Application Servers.
