And we need people like you to make it happen.Job SummaryTetra Pak is looking for experienced IAM member for Product team to shape and deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. The candidate is expected to work with the internal teams, business and project teams to deliver and improve the overall operation efficiency and control effectiveness though process simplification, technology and process enhancements, and continuous compliance.
The candidate shall have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about Tetra Pak business and operational challenges and possess a keen eye for control improvement through innovative use of technology.We are based in Chakan, PuneTransport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days\' Work from Home and 3 days\' Work from Office.Work from Office timings: Preferable second shift for this role IST 11:30 am to IST 08:30 pm, also flexible with General shift IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pmWhat you will doKey Accountabilities:

• Report to the Product Manager.
• Member of global IAM Product engineering team which is responsible for new solutions and escalation team for all IAM related incidents.
• Work with various stakeholders of technical and business teams to transform the challenges/requirements to innovative solutions
• Represent team at various levels in the organization and responsible to key IAM initiatives.
• Deliver and participate projects in the realm of Identity and Access Management
• Work in Agile mode in fast-paced delivery model.

• Assess and advise Technology teams on management and mitigation of access related security exceptions and deviations.
• Work with global teams in other time zones and collaborate

• Good Communicator

We believe you have

• Candidates must have had exposure to latest IAM technology in a large, complex environments.
• Automation skills using any of the scripting languages like PowerShell, Phyton, Ansible etc.
• Cloud Management and Governance experience using Entra.
• SSO, federation, SAML, SCIM and OIDC. Oauth handling with advance troubleshooting and management skills.
• Experience in IAM, Active Directory, Certificate management, Entra ID, User provisioning, cyber security in IAM Perspective.
• PAM and CIAM experience is a desired.
• Development experience in IAM as well as escalation support experience.
• Good understanding of security technology such as Active Directory, Identity Access and Management, Privilege Access Management, least privilege, two-factor authentication, Certificate Authority, and relevant risks associated with the various technologies.
• IAM analytics and reporting skills.
• Passion to deliver sustainable solutions and continued improvement in control and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrate ability to operate in diverse environments and cultures and enjoys working in challenging

and fast-paced environment.

• Good discipline in timely submission and reporting key metrics and status.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to wide and diverse audiences.
