JD: -Developing an understanding of the business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Designing the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a great user experience, and iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.Delivering the final user interface design for their projects.The UX designer would:Develop interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications.Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications.Analyze product requirements, customer feedback, and usability study insights.Follow AI style guides/design systems. Demonstrate the story through mockups and interactive prototypes.Work on multiple design projects, prioritize the deliverables in alignment with Delivery Leads and adhere to the committed deadlines.Consult the AI UX Design Head and ensure that the deliverables have been validated with the AI Design team.Be open to feedback and an iterative mode of workingThe visual designer would:Build on the wireframes developed by the UX designers and translate them into user interface designs.Develop interfaces for web and mobile according to the project requirements, but primarily keeping in mind the overarching theme of creating responsive designs.Adhere to the AI design styling guides.Prioritize the deliverables in alignment with UX Design Leads and adhere to the committed deadlinesRequirement - 1User Experience Designers help create efficient, effective and desirable experiences by utilizing research and information architecture skills. These individuals work with UX leads, client stakeholders, and technical architects to create and deliver solutions to clients.
