Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ICU nurses and ICU in-charge professionals to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in handling critical patients, operating ventilators, and managing emergencies independently.

Key Responsibilities

ICU Staff Nurse:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other life-support equipment.
• Administer medication and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Perform frequent patient assessments and vital sign monitoring.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update attending physicians.
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and safety standards.

ICU In-charge:

• Oversee ICU operations and lead the nursing team.
• Train and mentor ICU staff on advanced critical care practices.
• Manage patient assignments and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and make critical decisions.
• Monitor and maintain ICU equipment and supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education : B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience :
• Staff Nurse: Minimum 3 years of ICU experience.
• ICU In-charge: Minimum 5 years of ICU experience, including leadership roles.
• Proficiency in operating ventilators and advanced life-support equipment.
• Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of critical care protocols and emergency procedures.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
