Icu Staff Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As an ICU Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with complex medical and surgical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret patient data, including vital signs, lab results, and medical histories
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Rotational shift

• Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)
