Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join our team at our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ICU
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition
- Respond to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
