Job Description
An ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Duties include monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, coordinating with specialists, managing life support equipment, performing emergency procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care. They collaborate with nursing staff and senior doctors to optimize patient outcomes in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
