We are seeking an experienced ICU Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and will be responsible for providing critical care to patients in the ICU. This position is based in India and requires a strong understanding of the local healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Valid nursing license in India
• 1-5 years of experience in an ICU setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ICU equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Salary: 18,000 - 40,000 per month
• Location: Vijayawada
• Interview: Face-to-face mandatory
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
