Job Title: ICU Nurse

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled ICU Nurse with experience in critical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and caring for patients with severe, life-threatening conditions and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and other critical health indicators.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with patient assessments, including monitoring changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and act as part of a critical care team.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical illness or injury.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Ensure infection control standards are maintained within the ICU environment.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care needs.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and emergency response.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus.
• Experience with advanced ICU technology and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
