Job Summary

The Uro Nephro Center of Excellence (UNCE) is seeking for skilled and compassionate ICU/Emergency Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and emergency nursing, providing expert care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an ICU/Emergency Nurse at UNCE, you'll be at the heart of critical care, providing life-saving support to patients when they need it the most. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Deliver expert care: Monitor and care for critically ill patients, ensuring every treatment is timely and precise.
• Stay sharp in emergencies: Quickly assess and respond to urgent medical situations with skill and confidence.
• Collaborate with the best: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and fellow nurses to provide holistic care.
• Be a patient's advocate: Guide patients and their families through challenging times with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Experience in ICU, emergency care, or critical care nursing. Experience in urology and nephrology care is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in using critical care equipment and managing medical emergencies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families compassionately.
