Job Overview



We are seeking a dedicated Duty Doctor to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a committed individual to provide medical support and guidance. The ideal candidate should be equipped with the necessary medical expertise to handle emergency situations and ensure efficient patient care.

Qualifications and Skills



Proficiency in emergency medicine to handle urgent and life-threatening situations effectively (Mandatory skill). Expertise in clinical decision making to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for patients (Mandatory skill). Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals seamlessly (Mandatory skill). Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) to perform essential emergency procedures when required. Adept in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to manage severe cardiovascular emergencies. Ability to perform patient triage, prioritizing patients based on the severity of their condition. Experience in managing electronic health records (EHR) for accurate and efficient patient documentation. Strong time management skills to ensure timely and effective patient care without compromising quality.

Roles and Responsibilities



Provide immediate and effective medical care in emergency situations to stabilize patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery. Communicate critical medical information clearly to patients and their families to facilitate understanding and cooperation. Conduct patient assessments and perform accurate diagnoses to determine appropriate treatment plans. Maintain up-to-date medical records for each patient encounter using electronic health record systems. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols to maintain high standards of medical care. Participate in continuous medical education and training programs to stay updated with advancements in medical practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and assist in their professional development.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
