Job Title: ICT Infra Expert/Cloud Expert

Education:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing Cloud deployments and cloud operations
• Proven track record of successfully deploying applications and large databases on Cloud environments (at least 2 projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ICT infrastructure supports project implementation and rollout
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure
• Provide technical support for project needs
• Maintain and monitor ICT-DCDR-Database infrastructure
• Promptly address technical issues
• Ensure cloud infrastructure remains robust, secure, and scalable

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with database management systems (relational and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
