Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled The DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This role requires close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure seamless, automated, and reliable software delivery processes.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment for 5 to 7+ years.
Job Role Responsibilities
• Proven experience working as a CI/CD Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and technologies (e.g., GitHub Enterprise, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Flux, Argo CD, JFrog).
• Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OpenShift,OpenStack) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Demonstrated production-level expertise in Docker and container orchestration using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like like Shell, Java, Python to automate CI/CD workflows, Xml, JSP, Perl to automate CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Splunk) to ensure system health and performance across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks and the ability to integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with telecom applications, particularly in the RAN and Core domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Shell, Java, JSP, and Perl.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Cloud RAN / MSRBS competence - Configuration, E2E Testing, troubleshooting, in customer like environments
• Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure using K8s engine and managing microservices,
• Modern software development techniques, JAVA J2EE, Gradle, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, DB skills & SQL
Preferred Qualification
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
