:Join our TeamAbout this opportunity.We are looking for a skilled Puppet Ruby Architect and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby programming, along with experience in system administration, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.Responsibilities: * Collaborate with DevOps engineers, system administrators, and developers to understand infrastructure requirements and automation needs.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Puppet modules and manifests to automate the configuration of servers, applications, and network devices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable Puppet code using Ruby DSL (Domain-Specific Language) and Puppet's declarative language.
  • Manage Puppet environments, including version control, code deployment, and configuration management best practices.
  • Integrate Puppet with other tools and systems, such as version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and monitoring/logging solutions.
  • Implement infrastructure as code principles to define and manage infrastructure resources using Puppet code.
  • Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Puppet code quality and standards.
  • Stay updated on Puppet best practices, new features, and industry trends related to configuration management and automation.
  • Document Puppet configurations, workflows, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing and training.
Qualifications: * Proven 10+ years of experience as a Puppet Ruby Developer or Puppet Engineer in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Puppet architecture, components, and workflow, including Puppet Server, PuppetDB, and Puppet agent/master communication.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git for managing Puppet code repositories.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including infrastructure automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
