Job Description

Position Overview:
As an Ice Cream & Sundae Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of ice cream flavors and sundaes to our customers. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our customers receive high-quality ice cream products and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ice Cream Preparation:

• Prepare and churn ice cream according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all ice cream products are made with high-quality ingredients and meet our standards of excellence.

Sundae Creation:

• Create a variety of sundaes using different ice cream flavors, toppings, and sauces.
• Customize sundaes based on customer preferences and special requests.

Customer Service:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service at all times.
• Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors and sundaes, and provide recommendations as needed.

Cleanliness and Sanitation:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the ice cream preparation area and serving station.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor ice cream inventory and ingredients, and restock as needed.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an ice cream parlor or dessert shop.
• Knowledge of ice cream preparation techniques and sundae creation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing ice cream products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

• Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ice Cream & Sundae making: 1 year (Preferred)
