You will be part of the overall Project Management and Execution (PME) team with the following responsibilities:

• Request and obtain inputs for the numerous technology/project reports from stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly cycle
• Compile the inputs from stakeholders, review and modify the content as required, querying discrepancies and challenging the content
• Produce high quality reports and liaise with PME and senior technology leadership to ensure review of the content prior to timely submission
• Identify synergies and implement efficiencies across the reporting process
• Handling ad-hoc report requests leveraging other report content where possible
• Generate the PME Roadmaps using VBA Macros in Excel as required
• Maintain and enhance the current PME Roadmap tools which use VBA Macros
• Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence/Portfolio to provide meaningful operational metrics

Essential skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of applications especially PowerPoint and Excel (and potentially experience of VBA)
• Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task within tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience in managing senior stakeholders while dealing with urgent /changing priorities
• Strong analytics skills having the ability to synthesize information, mentally link interdependent topics and present succinctly
• Experience in using JIRA and confluence to create program health dashboards and roadmaps in JIRA (JQL) and Confluence
