Grade 10 : ICA Engineer Qualification: Masters/Bachelor\'s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering plus minimum of 8 to 10 years of Instrumentation design and controls of Water and Wastewater treatment plant. Developed technical competencies beyond those of a fresh graduate. Take responsibilities for their own work and produce higher quality technical output. Key Skills - Technical: Understanding of international instrumentation standards, design codes and their applications in Water and Wastewater pumping stations and treatment plants. Experience of working on UK, Canada, USA and Middle East projects. Preparation of control & Instrumentation documents, P&IDs, Instrumentation specifications, Control Logic Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Instrument Location and Installation Design, Instrument Hook-ups. Preparation of Instrument Schedule, Instrument cable schedule, I/O List, Telemetry schedule, Alarm Set-point Lists. Preparation of Instrumentation specification. Preparation of field instrument data sheets. Preparation of Control philosophy, URS. Specifications for PLC, SCADA, related Hardware and Software including development of control system architecture, HMI systems and selection of cost effective and appropriate hardware. Knowledge of BMS System for building services. Knowledge of Instruments & Analyzers selection based on application, Country codes and standards, Area of classification and their Installation procedures and hook-up. Design knowledge of access control system, CCTV system, telephone, and PA system. Support Electrical engineering Function, if assigned. Knowledge to 3D model software Revit, plant 3D etc. General: Offer new ideas to improve solutions and processes. Receive on the job technical training through performing tasks with some supervision. Able to independently deliver work and integrate with larger project team. Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks to time and cost. Developing knowledge of the commercial aspects of project management. Able to work as reliable and pro-active member of the team. Self-motivated. Exhibits energy and enthusiasm. Software: Proficient Knowledge in MS Office tools. Communication: Good communication and listening skills. Writing professional reports. Identifies and communicates concerns to immediate supervisor. Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions. Team Work: Sense of team. Willingness to accept individual responsibilities. Willingness to share information and knowledge with team members. Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations. Able to adjust to changing priorities.
