Senior RPA Developer Job ProfileJob Title: RPA DeveloperLocation: puneJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM WDG. The candidate
should have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM RPA.
Key Responsibilities:Have worked on datacap and filenet.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA.Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that
align with business objectives.
Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the
organizationxe2x80x99s automation capabilities.
Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-
based applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business
Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design
documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.
Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to
ensure successful outcomes.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best
practices.
Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/
escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in IBM RPA development.
Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly
desirable.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
