Job Requirements 1. Respond to user/client escalations and engage in functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool 3. Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover the changes to the customer 4 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality 5. Required for an easy transition into the role and join an on-call group which is high priority 6 Consequently, identify opportunities to improve operations.
Technical Experience: a. Provides expert-level administration and problem resolution for all components of RedPanda , Confluent Kafka and WebSphere MQ b. Provide infrastructure consulting and support to application development teams c. Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to RedPanda , Confluent Kafka and WebSphere MQ Own/Prepare d. Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issues e. Perform Performance Monitoring and Identify performance bottlenecks"
