JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT - MOLDING
POST- IBM SUPERVISOR (Injection Blow molding machine)
Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field.
EXPERIENCE- 03 TO 04 YEARS (Must have experience of Injection Blow Molding machine)
Responsibilities: -
• Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with other department such as materials management and quality control.
• Lead and supervise a team, provide training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Equipment maintenance of the machines
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and provide training to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressures and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Salary: 30 to 35 K CTC (Depend on interview)
