The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing IBM Sterling File Gateway solutions, ensuring secure and reliable file transfers across the organization. This role involves working closely with various teams to support and enhance file transfer processes. Opportunities are available in Chennai and Pune.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Sterling File Gateway solutions to support secure file transfers.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and design file transfer workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of files.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the stability and performance of the Sterling File Gateway environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to file transfers.
• Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Sterling File Gateway functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in file transfer operations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IBM Sterling technologies and file transfer best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with IBM Sterling File Gateway and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols and best practices.
• Experience in configuring and managing IBM Sterling File Gateway, including setting up file transfer workflows.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective file transfer solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other IBM Sterling products such as Sterling B2B Integrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and process optimization.
• Certifications in IBM Sterling technologies are an advantage.
