Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad / Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
:
- Good understanding of IBM Sterling
- B2B Integrator and related applications like IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM SEAS, IBM Control Center, IBM Transformation Extender & External Vendor applications like LightWell
- Manage production support scenarios and issues to handle this application.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNOW tool to do incident management & major incident management.
- Understanding of how an Application is hosted on a Server and knowledge of start/stop/manage multi node applications on Linux Server
- Experience in handling Patching/Upgrade/Installation of IBM Sterling B2B Integrated and related softwares on Linux environment
- Good understanding of 3-tier Architecture & basic networking commands
- Knowledge of SQL/Database concepts to understand how these applications work in a multi node clustered environment
- Good to have knowledge on how this application will work in Cloud or Containerized environments
