IBM FTM



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Must have experience in building/modernizing P2P payments using technologies like IBM FTM, Zelle

Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner. Development includes but is not limited to customized coding, software integration,


analysis, configuring solutions, or use tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate a solution.

Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and consulting with, the business from the beginning of the design work.

Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design.

Ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of Truist's most complex solutions.

Responsible for development and developing unit testing and supporting integration and functional testing.

Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.

Responsible for providing warranty support and providing knowledge transfer to production support.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with OpenShift/Docker, Containers and config management, app servers (IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat), and caching technologies.

Solid knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling) on DB2, MS SQL Server etc.

Experience with MQ, JMS, Kafka.

Full-stack development skills, such as Java, SQL, REST, XML/XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP, API management and Spring suite.

Experience with Unit testing, test automation, build tools and monitoring apps, such as Junit, Dynatrace, Splunk, Gradle, Git, Maven, and Jenkins and CI/CD process
