• Configure, optimize, support, and debug SQL code and data models.
• Develop Database migration scripts, integrations and consumption objects including stored procedures, Control-M schedules, and shell scripts.
• Support development of DataStage integration jobs.
• Employ industry best practices for automated code build, testing and release management.
• Collaborate with product, project, architects, and development managers to determine data requirements and testing / validation requirements for development and operational teams.
• Support the product owner in the management of their work stream backlog and facilitate project scrum, agile ceremonies and project meetings

• Pod Backlog refinement
• Pod Sprint Planning/show and tell/ retrospective
• Pod Scrum
• Provide technical support to data management processes and operational issues.
• Write documentation and standard operating procedure when required.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as IBM DataStage Developer.
• Minimum 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of PL/SQL Development, preferably with Oracle Databases.
• Good experience of ETL technologies and frameworks.
• Good experience of data models and low-level data design.
• Good Experience with Python development.
• Requirements elicitation, functional design, and problem-solving skills - structured, formal approach to analysis tasks.
• Accountability for delivery \xe2\x80\x93 takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and bash scripting would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Enterprise scheduling, preferably with Control-M would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps automation would be an advantage.
