Job Description

The overall responsibility of this role is to implement IBM BPM Application Architecture, enforcing IBM BPM Design best practices, and developing solutions and providing support using IBM BPM BAW


Eliciting business process requirements and designing solutions that work efficiently within the constraints of the IBM BPM or BAW product capabilities.


Implementing Coaches UI, Human Tasks, System Tasks and Toolkit using Business Process Designs BPD s within IBM BPM


Identifying anti patterns specific to IBM BPM product and ensuring avoidance anti-pattern implementation.


Coding within various JS Frameworks.


Creating IBM BPM custom coach views and working with BPM coach views Brazos, stock controls, spark etc.


Integrating IBM BPM with external partners by consuming and exposing RESTful and SOAP based webservices and interacting with external systems


Maintaining parallel code base for various IBM BPM process applications toolkits by creating tracks, performing code merge and ensuring no instance migration issues when migrating the instances from old snapshot to new one.


Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate US client needs.


Open to work on production support project.


Flexible with on call support




Understanding of ITIL framework


Basic understanding of IT technologies


Have worked on agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies.


Cross Platform Services development experience with WebSphere ESB and good understanding of SOAP, REST, JSON, WSDL, XML, DTD and XSD


Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handing, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules & understanding of BPM Release Management and Deployment Strategy


expertise in Process Modelling using IBM BAW product on both process designed & IID


Experience working with technology vendors


Experience working in a regulated environment


Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills


Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
