:Employing Entity: Mrald (Mphasiss dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle)Job Summary -\xef\x82\xb7 End to end back office service for Insurance Broking Accounts ( IBA)\xef\x82\xb7 Perform credit control\xef\x82\xb7 Perform cash and payment reconciliation and system allocation\xef\x82\xb7 Perform client and insurer statement reconciliation\xef\x82\xb7 Premium and return premium collections - including providing reminders to Broker, Account Executive, Insured, and Insurers\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up and query management for unmatched cash, uncollected debt, queries preventing settlement to Brokers, Insureds, Insurers and third parties etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Make payments to Clients, Brokers, Insureds, Insurers and third parties including approving payment per the agreed approval process (Bureaux and Non-Bureaux)\xef\x82\xb7 Collect funded balances\xef\x82\xb7 PPW and PPC payment ownership\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure adherence to FCA client money rulesOther tasks as required by the Team lead or Senior TechnicianYears of experience needed -\xef\x82\xb7 1-4 years of experience in insurance, accounting, or another financial services sectorTechnical / Non-Technical Skills:Relationships:Team Members:\xef\x82\xb7 Regular interaction with Trainee Technicians to review and provide guidance on deliverables\xef\x82\xb7 Mentor Trainee TechniciansOthers:Within the company:\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and manage expectations\xef\x82\xb7 Participate and proactively contribute to new project related initiativesOutside the company:\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with the Clients, Agents, Retail Brokers, InsurersPerson Specifications:Education : Graduate/ Post GraduateWork Qualifications: Insurance or accounting industry qualification is a plusExperience:Essential:\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in one of these areas: credit control and cash allocation, accounts payable, account reconciliation\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of insurance processAdded advantage but no compulsion:\xef\x82\xb7 IBA experienceCertifications Needed: NAAbout MphasisMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
