Overview:The Head of Department (HOD) for Performing and Visual Arts plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive artistic community within the International Baccalaureate (IB) school environment. • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Teaching certification in relevant disciplines.
• Experience in leading a Performing and Visual Arts program in an educational setting.

• Strong understanding of the IB curriculum framework.
