• A B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching
• Have experience in a co-education, primary school setting.

• Preferred Attributes:
• Minimum 3 years of primary education experience, with a proven record in IB PYP.
• Cross-cultural work experience.
• Proven effectiveness in collaborative work.
• Multilingual with C1 competency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with technology in teaching and learning. Valued Additional Assets:
• Successful experience as an IB workshop leader.
• Familiarity with the Indian context.
