Overview:As an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering an international education curriculum, fostering inquiry-based learning, and shaping the overall development of young minds. Your dedication to implementing the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and creating a supportive learning environment will be instrumental in nurturing students as inquisitive, caring, and knowledgeable individuals.Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Implement the IB PYP curriculum and create engaging lesson plans
• Guide students through inquiry-based learning experiences
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver transdisciplinary units
• Assess student learning through various formative and summative methods
• Offer constructive feedback to support student growth
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Support the holistic development of students through extracurricular activities
• Participate in professional development and team meetings

• Bachelor\'s degree in Education or relevant field
• IB PYP certification or training
• Teaching license/certification as per the location requirements
• Demonstrated experience in teaching the IB PYP curriculum
• Understanding of inquiry-based learning and constructivist pedagogy
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom
• Strong knowledge of international education principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
