Its an ideal base for exploring North India and experiencing both modern Indian life and historic charm.Role Overview:Sancta Maria is seeking an experienced and committed Diploma Programme Coordinator (DPC) who will also teach Theory of Knowledge (TOK) within the IBDP. This is a leadership and teaching role suited to someone deeply familiar with the IB philosophy and capable of guiding both students and staff through the rigours of the diploma programme.Key Responsibilities:As Diploma Programme Coordinator (DPC):

• Oversee all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme in alignment with IB standards and practices
• Lead curriculum planning, policy implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the IBDP
• Support teachers in curriculum development, unit planning, and assessment design
• Coordinate registration, timetabling, examination logistics, and internal assessments
• Serve as the key point of contact with the IB, ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting
• Guide students and parents through subject choices, academic expectations, and university readiness
• Facilitate professional development and IB training workshops for faculty

As Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Instructor:

• Teach TOK to DP students, guiding them through conceptual inquiry and real-world applications
• Encourage students to explore different ways of knowing and areas of knowledge
• Support students with TOK exhibitions and essays, offering timely and constructive feedback
• Create a classroom culture that promotes reflection, dialogue, and intellectual risk-taking

Candidate Profile:

• Masters Degree in a relevant academic field required
• Teacher Qualification
• Prior experience teaching TOK and coordinating the IBDP strongly preferred
• Formal training or certification in the IB Diploma Programme required
• Deep understanding of IB philosophy, TOK curriculum, and global education trends
• Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Commitment to student-centred learning and academic excellence
