We\'re looking for someone that is a highly driven, analytical, and forward-thinking individual who will be:

• Responsible for the overall running of the 1st line IB Trading Mandates process globally
• Directly facing off to global stakeholders including Trading, Business Managers and control functions
• Executing daily operation of Trading Mandates controls, business requests and monitoring of items pending investigation or approval
• A key participant in enhancing and driving forward the mandates framework

Your team
You\'ll be working in the Investment Bank Business Risk Management (IB BRM) team in Mumbai focusing on the Trading Mandates control framework. IB BRM are the first line of defense (1st LOD) for the Investment Bank and the primary point of contact for non-financial risk, supervision, and information security. The team oversees and monitors the delivery of the global front-to-back control environment across the IB business functions in close partnership with the business, product/regionally-aligned COO teams, and control functions.
Your expertise

• Strong focus, drive, and commitment to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner to a high standard.
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle recurring tasks, multiple priorities and deliver to deadline.
• ideally, proficiency in use of Alteryx, PowerBI, Python or other automation tools
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
