• Oversee the implementation and administration of the IBDP curriculum, ensuring compliance with IB standards and best practices.

• Provide academic leadership to faculty, guiding lesson planning, assessment strategies, and professional development.

• Act as the liaison between the school and the IBO, handling accreditation, evaluations, and updates.

• Support students in their academic journey, including subject selection, Extended Essays (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) coordination.

• Conduct teacher training and foster a culture of continuous learning among educators.

• Facilitate parent communication, addressing concerns and guiding them through the IB experience.

• Monitor and analyze student performance, ensuring targeted interventions for success.

• Minimum 5+ years of IB teaching experience (IBDP experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks and assessment criteria.

• Leadership experience in an educational setting.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
