Drive following business initiatives in respective region.
a. IAQ as Service business b. Rental business
To identify and develop strategic relationship with top management levels and develop new accounts.
Conduct IAQ surveys, think analytically, and submit survey reports.
To build awareness about AAF IAQ solutions in the market
Work closely with IT / ITES, Facility Management, Health care, Hospitality industry and other key industries for IAQ initiatives
Handle complete sales cycle Identifying and creating opportunities, solution offering, presenting business case to clients, submission of proposals, negotiations, and order closure.
Work closely with Daikin service team for lead generation and opportunity management and order closure
Manage opportunities in ZOHO CRM tool.
Manage and lead the service technicians for intended results.
Functional: Candidate should have:
Strong solution /services sales acumen
Proven track record from consultative sales approach
Account Management skills
Good relationship management skills
Ability to understand and analyse current business situation of the customer and position and articulate our solution.
RESET / WELL / LEED certified professional (optional)
Fluency in communication, excellent in written and spoken English.
Ability to use IAQ measurement instruments.
