` IAM Engineer Department: IT Infrastructure Grade: C-03 Location: Pune India Reports To: IAM Engineer will report to Manager, IT-Operations Job Overview: An experienced Identity and Access Management engineer working as part of the IAM team to install, configure, test, and support Saviynt IAM technologies. This person will be able to interpret business requirements, turning them into technical configurations or solutions. Duties & Key Responsibilities: Work on the technical delivery of IAM customization initiatives inclusive of application onboarding, developing lifecycle workflows, automated provisioning, dashboard and report creation, user onboarding and offboarding, and risk management inclusive of SoD. Gather business and technical requirements from application owners Provide input to functional and technical design where required Ensure that the technical solution meets the business requirements and performs as per design Create delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans and run books Work closely with Security and identity teams to deliver tasks on time and with high quality Identify new and existing opportunities to enhance business value using the platform Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhancing the IAM business function Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production Support closure of IAM-related support tickets in alignment with agreed metrics. In addition to the above areas of responsibility the position maybe required to undertake any other reasonable duties relating to the broad scope of the position. Criteria Essential Desirable Qualifications & Education Requirements: Must be Graduate or above Knowledge & Work Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform doing the following: Installation and configuring Developing lifecycle workflows Onboarding applications with automated provisioning Configuring reports and dashboards User account provisioning, deprovisioning, changes, and automating the workflows. RBAC and Access Reviews for applications users and privileged accounts Automating risk management and identification of Separation of Duties risks across applications. Strong communications skills (written and verbal) Documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes Experience in carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution dealing with advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on (Microsoft), and PKI concepts Saviynt Certifications Preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Skills : Detailed knowledge of the Identity and Access Control domain Experience in implementing at least three IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support Experience with databases (such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) Experience with Java and PowerShell required Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), web and application servers Experience installing applications on UNIX/Linux platforms Experience in building custom API integrations Analytical sense and ability to grasp and review workflows Page 2 of 2
