We are seeking a seasoned Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our IT Security team. The IAM Engineer will play a vital role in securing our infrastructure by designing, implementing, and managing robust identity and access management systems. The successful candidate will own our IAM stack including Okta, and will be responsible for ensuring appropriate access through regular User Access Reviews. As a pivotal member of our team, your role will involve defining and implementing IAM policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to our risk management efforts. What You\'ll Be Doing Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss Work with business partners to automate user lifecycle events ensuring adherence to role-based access control policies and least privilege principles Integrate new applications and systems with existing identity tools using SAML, SCIM, OIDC/OAuth 2. and other standards Identify gaps and risks in the current identity structure. Prioritize and implement solutions to address any findings Design and implement Zero Trust principles, processes and Configure and maintain identity security policies to balance usability and security Deploy solutions that support a global team Assist with audit & compliance review, evidence collection and user access reviews Who You Are Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience 4 years of experience working within an Identity and Access Management Practice 2 or more years of experience with Identity governance processes, capabilities and features like lifecycle management, birthright provisioning and de-provisioning, password management, access certification workflows and user access reviews 2 or more years of experience with Okta SSO, Universal Directory, MFA, Lifecycle management and workflows Okta Certified Administrator Certification Knowledge of Compliance Certifications (SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001) Experience deploying and administering PKI infrastructure Experience utilizing APIs for integration and automation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in an ITIL or Agile environment Even Better If You have experience with a cloud-only environment You have knowledge of BeyondCorp or Zero Trust Network Architecture You have a passion for automation and scripting You have obtained the Okta Certified Consultant Certification You have a cyber security certification (CISSP, Security+ etc) Perks of DISCO Open, inclusive, and fun environment Benefits, including medical and dental insurance Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus Opportunity to be a part of a startup that is revolutionizing the legal industry Growth opportunities throughout the company About DISCO DISCO provides a cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solution that simplifies ediscovery, legal document review and case management for enterprises, law firms, legal services providers and governments.
